It will surprise you that after the merriment and joy of graduation, the next bedeviling question for many will be “What next”.
It is best for you as a student to figure out what you will want to do after you leave school. To help you quickly determine that, here are a few What-questions I will want you to ponder on:
#What can you do to help?
Thinking about what you can do for others is a great way to start life after school. This is particularly great for when you are yet to be enlisted for NYSC.Think of simple ideas that will enable you impact other lives.
Would you want to teach secondary school students or organize special classes for adults?
When you commit to genuinely helping others, money and connections will follow.
Think, what can you do to help others?
#What will a great job look like?
Thinking about and answering this question will help you figure out the kind of job you will enjoy doing; hence you will be able to make necessary preparations in view of that great job.#What are those things you won’t want to do?
Knowing what you don’t want to do after school can almost be as helpful as knowing what you want to do.Find out those things you will hate to do and try to match-in opposites. The other side of things you wouldn’t want to do can be or give you pointers to things you will enjoy doing.
You can craft and create fulfilling things you can do after school if you ask and answer the right questions. So, what other questions do you think can help you easily know what you will want to do?
